cold snacksprinter problem
the hotel advertise 24 hour room service but one day they say they is to busy. they only had cold snacks. that wasn't good since i wanted room service whenever. also, when i check out, they tell me the printer don't work. i could only see my final bill on the screen. this seems odd to me and felt sneaky.
